We are currently hiring for our Orthopedic and Dental departments.


The ideal candidate is hard working and punctual. This position will require a high level of attention to detail. You must have the ability to work as an individual and as part of a team, can multi-task well, and have a strong work ethic. Candidates must be able to follow written and verbal instructions. You'll be responsible for casting, molding, and other general production needs.


No experience is necessary and training will be provided. This is a manufacturing environment that involves prolonged standing and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds.


Employees are eligible for benefits after the completion of the 90 days probation period. Pay for this position begins at $15 per hour with opportunity to grow.

Models Plus is looking for a full time CNC programmer and setup machinist who will perform a wide range of tasks.


The machinist will be required to make precision metal parts from either 2D prints or 3D files from start to finish and in tolerance according to the spec print. Most work will be done on a 3, 4 , or 5 axis mill with both Fanuc and Haas controls. Machinist will also need to aide operators in the day-to-day operation of said CNC mills.


The position will require a very proactive work ethic and knowledge of a wide range of manufacturing processes. The machinist will also need to be able to order appropriate tooling for their jobs and be able to design/manufacture work holding for those jobs as well.

Requirements for CNC Programmer/Machinist Position

• At least 5 years experience operating, setting up, and programming CNC mills.

• Working knowledge of Fanuc iSeries and Haas CNC controls.

• Mastery of all inspection processes and tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gages, indicators, depth micrometers, block and pin gages, and optical comparators.

• Knowledge and experience with CAM software, MasterCAM preferably. Being self-sufficient in this area is the most important part of this position. Mastery of G and M codes and program troubleshooting is a must.

• Ability to create tool holding and fixturing to complete each unique job to specifications is also a must. Working with our engineering department on design will be important.

• Experience with setup sheets and other quality documents to establish a process for a new job
